Please read our TOS carefully, you will be given a warning and subsequently blacklisted if you failed to adhere to the terms. Oiraon are a closed species! Please do not make your own and claim it as an Oiraon unless you've obtained one as an adopt/custom or a myo ticket. You are also not allowed to make a design before obtaining a MYO!

While anyone is free to make a bird-like dragon as we do not put claim over those traits, these designs will simply not be recognised as an Oiraon and will not be allowed to participate in species events.

General Rules:

Do not harass any users who are breaking rules or try to take matters into your own hands, instead please kindly inform the owner/mods about it with evidence included (Our mods can be contacted through discord or on their respective social media).

Do not post any inappropriate/sensitive/mature (NSFW) contents on our server or any of our social medias, there are minors here and we will not tolerate such behaviours.

Please be polite to each other, we hope to make participating in the species a pleasant experience for everyone. Insults and harassment will also not be tolerated.

Creation:

Oiraons are a closed species created by Catofwinter, and are owned by Drao

Only designated designers and staff have the rights to create Oiraon adopts.

Oiraons have specific traits listed for creation

You may only create an Oiraon of your own if you obtained a MYO. (Make-Your Own)

You may also commission our staff for a custom design which would not require a MYO. However, commissioning designers who are not part of our staff team requires a MYO.

Ownership:

All official Oiraon must be registered in the Masterlist.

You are allowed to redesign your Oiraons according to their traits with approval from the owner (Catofwinter) or our mods/designers.

There is a 2 week (14 day) cooldown before you are allowed to transfer the ownership of your Oiraon to another person.

Approval from Owner/mod must be obtained before you are allowed to transfer an Oiraon. Please either dm us on instagram or submit the transfer form through our server.

Oiraons may only be sold for cash or deviantart points if they are official adopts/MYO sold by our staff (In addition, you are not allowed to sell them for more than their cost unless additional commissioned art has been added, giftart does not count)

MYOs are not allowed to be resold/retraded on their own without a design.

Oiraons obtained through gift/trade/raffles/events/Keyus are only allowed to be traded for art/character offers to another member of the server.

However if the Oiraons obtained through gift/trade/raffle/events/Keyus accumulated an art value of around USD $30-40 (value not including design itself), we may allow resale for cash. Though we will evaluate the value on a case by case basis and it may not always be approved. To increase your chances of approval, please keep track of the amount you paid for the commissions through screenshots as evidence (The screenshots can be uploaded on toyhouse or keep a record of the prices for each piece if screenshot is not possible at the very minimum).

If you wish to remove your character as an Oiraon species, please inform the owner/mod and we will work with you on the changes needed.

Adopt Payment:

Please think carefully before bidding on any adopts, do not offer on any adopts that you do not intend to pay for.

Penalty for backing out or deleting an offer/payment
- Twice: A warning will be given
- Thrice: You will be placed on a greylist and be forbidden to offer/bid on any future adopts

You may make an appeal to the owner on the situation to lift the greylist after 2 months if there is a reasonable reason for backing out of an offer (e.g emergency fund requirement). However, if you continue to back out of offers/payments after the appeal, you will be placed back on the greylist permanently.

Blacklist:

If you become banned/blacklisted by our mods, you may choose to appeal to the owner (Catofwinter) directly with evidence if you believe you have been treated unjustly.

If you are blacklisted by a staff member/designer but not the species, you are allowed to own Oiraons but you cannot own any made by the staff member/designer that has you blacklisted.

When blacklisted, you are:
- Not allowed to own any Oiraons
- Not allowed to join any of our servers
- Not allowed to participate in any of our events

If you own any Oiraons obtained rightfully when blacklisted, you are still allowed to keep them but they will not be recognised as part of the Oiraon species and will be removed from our masterlist. However, the owner or our staff may compensate you for the cost of the design (through cash or art offers) if we do not wish for you to keep it after being blacklisted.
