Scoring Guide

By drawing official Oiraons, you may earn Keyus according to this scoring guide.  All artworks of official Oiraons count for keyus, including personal work, gift art and commissions! Hence, aside from buying MYOs with money, you can also buy MYOs and other things with our server currency for free through art. While Keyus can also be transferred to another user through gift/trade in our discord server, they cannot be sold for cash.

 

To Note:

  • Artwork consisting of characters not within the Oiraon universe may not be submitted for keyus unless the non-Oiraon character is removed from the work. (This includes unofficial / unapproved Oiraons not in masterlist)

    • However general animals such as reptiles or mammals etc can be included in the work.​

  • All Oiraons in the artwork must have their Masterlist number/link listed when submitting.  

  • Backgrounds with single colour or plain photos will not count for keyus

    • Backgrounds with decent photo edits will be allowed for abstract background up to maximum simple background depending on level of edit and details.​

Once you have calculated the amount of keyus for the work, please submit the artwork to our #shop-exchange channel on our Discord!  Make sure to include the calculations you did to make it easier for our bankers to approve it.

  • Giftart - 35 Keyus for each Oiraon that is not yours.  You cannot be receiving anything in return for this artwork.

  • Prompt Art - x1.5 of total (Does not apply to role/accessory quest prompts)

Multiple Characters

  • Calculate by adding the no. of keyus corresponding to the type of art (e.g. headshot, full body) for extra character(s)

Body Sizes

  • Headshot / Bust - Consists of the head and may include the neck as well

  • Halfbody - Consists of roughly 50% of the body

  • Fullbody - Consists of roughly 75% and above of the body

    • These are a rough suggestion for the different body sizes and your work do not need to be exactly same as the proportions, the scoring will be lenient as long as it is similar.​

Simplified

  • Character design or pattern has been greatly simplified and lacks details

  • Artwork must still consist of colours and may not be only sketchwork

  • Design must still be recognisable 

Lined / Detailed Sketches

  • This section refers to artwork consisting of detailed and high quality sketches or lineart without complex colours

  • Works can be in greyscale or just black and white

  • Lineart can receive background bonus as well if background is included

Flat Colours

  • This section refers to coloured artwork without any forms of shading or rendering

  • Depending on the level of complexity, greyscale or minimal colour artwork may be accepted, but the design shown must be clear and the patterns must be converted to the greyscale/minimal colours.

  • It applies only to the character and does not include the shading in the background

    • If a background is shaded but the character is flat, the piece will be counted as a flat colour

Shaded

  • This section refers to coloured artwork with shading and lighting

    • This can include both cell shading and gradient shading

  • The shading has to be visible from the character's original design

  • Depending on the level of complexity, greyscale or minimal colour artwork may be accepted, but the design shown must be clear and the patterns must be converted to the greyscale/minimal colours.

Painted

  • This section represents to highly rendered pieces where feather and texture can be easily visible

  • It may include both lined and lineless pieces if the shading is highly detailed 

  • Depending on the level of complexity, greyscale or minimal colour artwork may be accepted, but the design shown must be clear and the patterns must be converted to the greyscale/minimal colours.

Abstract Background

  • Depiction of minimalist background with simple splashes of colours or stylised geometrical shapes 

  • Background consisting of only a single colour will not receive any background scores

  • Background only consisting of a single gradient will not receive any background scores

Simple Background

  • Background that shows a limited amount of details or scenery

  • The background does not need to consist of the entire canvas 

  • Oiraons interacting with a prop or nature element (e.g climbing a rock) will be included under this category

Detailed / Scenic Background

  • Background is complex and includes multiple elements 

  • Contains a sense of depth and is full detailed scene

  • The background is fully rendered and as detailed as the characters themselves
